CyberContego are not an MSP, and we have no interest in being one, your client is your client, and we will deliver our cyber services hand-in-glove with your MSP.

Our partnership programme follows a simple model and starts with us signing an NDA so both company’s business interests are protected from the start.

Following on from this we discuss the opportunity to explore if CyberContego can help and if so, we will ask you to arrange and attend an introductory call with your client to start the discussions with them. From there we will handle all aspects of the sales cycle and onboarding with the client.

We will invoice the client for the service (either once off or monthly, depending on the service provided) and in turn we will pay your commission fee on receipt of on an invoice from you. Our standard commission fee is 20% of the ex-VAT revenue for each invoice we issue to your client.

Along with the commission fee we also offer you up to 35% discount on any of our services you choose to use in-house on your own systems.

Where we provide service to your client on a once-off project (e.g. penetration test) we ask that you nominate a technical contact on your staff for the duration of the project. Where we provide service on an ongoing basis (e.g. EDR/MDR etc.) we will interact with your service desk as per your normal process.
